How much does a service call cost?
We charge a flat diagnostic fee, and we'll tell you what it is on the phone. After we find the problem you get an upfront price for the repair before any work begins. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward it.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. We're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, for no-heat and no-cooling emergencies.
Should I repair or replace my system?
If your system is more than 10–15 years old, needs frequent repairs, or a repair would cost more than about half the price of a new unit, replacement is often the smarter move. We'll give you an honest recommendation and the numbers for both.
How often should I get my HVAC system serviced?
We recommend a tune-up twice a year: your cooling system in spring and your heating system in fall. Regular maintenance keeps your warranty valid and your energy bills down.
